Mr. Pratik Shrikant Kanitkar is holding Masters Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), presently acting as Managing Partner of Kanitkars Advisory LLP, Chartered Secretaries & Business Consultants and  having over 10 years of experience in core Financial, Secretarial, legal and Strategic Business Consulting. He brings to fore a plethora of knowledge, experience and expertise with proficiency and finesse. Through a professional career spanning more than a decade, he has led various prestigious assurance and advisory engagements for some very large and marquee clients in Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Education, Media, Hospitality and Real Estate Sectors.

Mr. Pratik Kanitkar is an active speaker at several seminars, conferences and training programmes and has been associated with Mumbai University as a visiting faculty member for Self Finance Courses on subjects like Indian Financial Systems, Banking & Insurance, Brand Management, Advertising Laws, Corporate Laws. Ms. Sneha Kanitkar is holding Masters Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and IIBF Certified Debt Recovery Consultant, presently acting as Managing Partner leading the Execution and Consulting division at Kanitkars Advisory LLP, Chartered Secretaries & Business Consultants. She is in Chartered Secretarial field from last 8 years and earned wide experience in core secretarial and legal areas. Initially, she has served the industry for 5 years as Chartered Secretary and had also headed the legal department. Thereafter, she laid his pioneering step in the arena of consultancy and practice.

Ms. Sneha Kanitkar works in the domains of Strategic Business Consulting, Accounts and Audits, Business Formulation Plans preparation,  Business due diligences Assignments for both inbound as well as outbound Companies.

Ms. Sneha Kanitkar is also involved in strategic planning and Debt Recovery Consulting Assignments for leading Banks and financial institutions. As a part of this, she advises banks on their debt recoveries, corporate recoveries, regulatory & advisories, commercial debt recoveries , judgments collection services, Skip Accounts tracing services, consultancy services and has been handling multi-dimensional Assignments for Public Sector Banks and Financial Institutions.

Mr. Sanchit Tatkare is a Senior Executive Partner and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2011. He has rich experience in handling various kinds of audits, including audits of banks both in public and co-operative sector, and other business organisations.

Mr. Sanchit Tatkare has a wide experience in audits – Statutory / Internal / Management covering Multinational Companies, Manufacturing concerns, Banks, Insurance companies, Mutual Funds and NBFC’s. He is also a Empanelled Consultant with various Companies and is he is currently leading the teams on the projects being implemented across India by such Companies.

Mr. Sanchit has a vast experience of handling various audits and international taxation of companies and individuals. He regularly attends tax litigation matters on behalf of clients before Income Tax Authorities. She has extensive experience in advising companies on setting up operations in India on their tax structuring matters.
